Leitrim Development Company in conjunction with the North and South Leitrim Community Networks will hold an information evening on Safety in Our Communities on Tuesday, 21st November in the Mayflower Centre at 7pm
This information evening will include a speaker from Muintir na Tire on the community alert and text alert service and also CCTV funding and senior alert changes. A representative from the Garda Siochana will give an input on home and community safety. Ciaran Kerins from Teagasc will talk about safety on the farm and there will also be an input from Leitrim fire service regarding safety in the home and fire safety for community centres.
